- Prices & occupancy: The prices listed are per night for 2 people with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Each additional person is charged at €40 per night.
- Children & facilities: Children up to 2 years stay free of charge; children aged 3 to 17 are charged at €35 per night. We’re happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge if needed.
- Tourist tax: A tourist tax is levied throughout South Tyrol. In our municipality it is €2.60 per person per night (from 14 years of age) and must be paid on site at the end of your stay.

- Living & comfort: Final cleaning, bed linen as well as hand and bath towels, hairdryer, electricity and heating, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
- Kitchen & enjoyment: Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher and tea towels, plus kettle, coffee machine, excellent tap water, as well as salt and pepper.
- For families & everyday life: We’re happy to provide a cot and high chair if needed; a washing machine can be used for an extra charge.
- Outdoors & space: Parking right by the apartment, playground with trampoline, slide and sandbox, barbecue area, and a fire pit for long evenings.

Terms, cancellation policy and other important information

– You’re welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you on holiday. We charge €12 per night for your furry family member (food not included). Please also bring a blanket or pet bed.
– Out of consideration for our other guests, please ensure your dog doesn’t disturb the peace and quiet in the house. - Booking conditions
Once we send the booking confirmation, the booking is binding. We only accept bookings in written form. - Payment
– We kindly ask you to pay your final bill on the evening before or the morning of your departure. We accept the following payment methods: debit cards, EC cards, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, EuroCard) and cash.
– Please note the cash limit in Italy of max. €2999. - Arrival and departure
– On your day of arrival, your booked apartment will be available from 3:00 PM. If you’ll be arriving later, please let us know.
– On your day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. - Travel cancellation insurance
– We’re looking forward to your visit. However, it can happen that you’re unable to start your holiday and have to cancel at short notice. To save you—and us—unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance.
– With this cancellation cover, your cancellation fees are covered and you can look forward to your holiday completely worry-free. - Cancellation
Cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code. There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code; however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
– Up to 2 months before the start of your stay, we do not charge any cancellation fee.
– For cancellations up to and including 14 days before the start of your stay, we charge 50% of the agreed total price; for less than 14 days, 100% of the agreed total price.
– In the event of a no-show or early departure, we charge the full price of your stay.
We therefore ask you to inform us as early as possible if you’re unable to start your holiday.
