At Gebreitnerhof, we work in harmony with the soil, the seasons, and traditional farming craftsmanship – honestly, with appreciation, and a deep desire to pass on nature at its best. In our farm shop and at the Brixen farmers’ market, you can feel this exact attitude: seasonal variety from orchards and vegetable patches, authentic organic products, and agriculture that consciously protects, preserves, and regenerates. For us, organic isn’t a label – it’s our daily work that you can taste in every bite.
Our organic farm shop
A simple, honest space made of wood, stone, and traditional craftsmanship – exactly how a real farm shop should be. Our products take center stage: seasonal fruit and vegetables, juices, homemade fruit spreads, pickled vegetables, fresh eggs, and our own South Tyrolean Speck. In autumn and winter, you can also find meat products – fresh or frozen – in true organic quality. Clear, authentic, and prepared and processed with great care.

Brixen Farmers' Market
At Hartmannsplatz in the heart of the old town – you'll find our fresh organic farm products here every Wednesday and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
Bozen Farmers' Market
At Rathausplatz in the middle of the city center – you can get our fresh organic farm products here every Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
St. Ulrich Weekly Market
In the lively center at Kirchplatz – you'll find our organic farm products here every Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Our organic farm products – Authentic & natural
Think seasonally. Harvest organic.
Our organic products are created in the natural rhythm of the year – clear, seasonal, and full of character. From late winter and spring, fresh salads and the first garden vegetables fill the baskets. In summer, sun-ripened tomatoes, zucchini, and aromatic summer vegetables follow. And when autumn moves into the valley, our farm harvests crunchy apples, pears, stone fruit, and robust vegetable varieties. Year-round, you can get apple and pear juices, fruit spreads, tomato sauce, and pickled vegetables from our own production. Everything is made by hand, carefully processed, and with the aim of passing on nature as pure as possible.
