At the Gebreitnerhof, organic farming is now in its second generation – and the farm itself has existed for five generations. This deep-rootedness shapes everything that grows and is created here. Vegetables, eggs, herbs, fruit, and fine farm products ripen to the rhythm of nature and are processed with honest craftsmanship. In the farm shop, homemade juices, jams, fresh vegetables, and much more await you. And of course, our animals are as much a part of the farm as the view of Brixen: cows, pigs, chickens – well cared for, valued, and part of our daily life.

Anton and Luise run the Gebreitnerhof with a warmth that delights guests time and again. Their son Moritz actively works on the farm, while his four sisters have already moved out. Together, they offer you a quiet, authentic atmosphere – personal, warm, and genuine.
